About the role
- Support the Coupa production environment, troubleshoot issues, configure system functionality, and assist with integrations to financial systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enhancements, support system updates, and ensure smooth operations of the Coupa platform.
- Provide production support for Coupa, resolving issues and system defects.
- Configure workflows, approvals, analytics, and other Coupa modules.
- Support integrations between Coupa and enterprise financial systems, including Workday Finance.
- Perform testing for system updates, releases, and configuration changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement solutions.
- Manage Coupa updates, evaluate new features, and document configurations, tests, and changes.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Coupa Functional Analyst
- 10+ years of experience across the full SDLC
- Strong experience configuring Coupa workflows, reports, and approval hierarchies
- Experience with integrations between Coupa and financial systems
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting Coupa integrations with Workday Finance (preferred)
- Familiarity with cloud-based ERP platforms and enterprise procurement/finance systems (preferred)
