About the role
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in IT consulting services.
- Actively engage prospects through outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building efforts.
- Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking and inbound and outbound leads.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contract-related materials.
- Collaborate with technical teams to accurately understand client needs and service offerings.
- Track sales activities, maintain CRM data, and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Represent the company in virtual and occasional in-person meetings, events, and industry activities.
- Create marketing content, including social media posts, website updates, service one-pagers, and case studies.
- Plan and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and outreach efforts to generate and engage sales leads.
- Support the planning and promotion of webinars, events, and conferences that attract potential clients.
- Contribute ideas for marketing strategies and campaigns that increase brand awareness and support sales goals.
- Monitor basic marketing metrics and suggest improvements based on engagement and lead performance.
- Research target industries, competitors, and potential client segments.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in a combined sales and marketing role; IT consulting experience is a plus.
- Comfortable owning both lead generation and early-stage sales conversations.
- A vibrant, creative personality with the ability to generate ideas and engage audiences.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and support consultative sales cycles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of core marketing principles and content development.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events.
