About the role
- Develop and support sales strategies to drive growth in IT consulting services.
- Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and follow-up.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contract materials.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure an accurate understanding of client needs and service offerings.
- Track sales activities, maintain CRM data, and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Represent the company at virtual and in-person meetings, events, and industry activities.
- Create marketing content such as social posts, website updates, service one-pagers, and case studies.
- Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and outreach efforts to generate leads.
- Support the planning and promotion of webinars, events, and conferences.
- Help develop marketing strategies and campaign ideas to raise brand awareness.
- Monitor simple marketing metrics to track engagement and make improvement suggestions.
- Research target industries, competitors, and potential client segments.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communications.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a combined role; experience in IT consulting is a plus.
- A vibrant, creative personality with the ability to generate ideas and engage audiences.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and support sales cycles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of general marketing principles and content development.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events.
