About the role

  • Contract Change Lead to support HR and Finance Transformation initiative.
  • Lead and manage contract-related changes within the Q2C/O2C processes to ensure seamless transition and alignment with the broader transformation strategy.
  • The ideal candidate will bring expertise in change management, contract lifecycle management, and process optimization to drive operational efficiency and enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies specific to Q2C/O2C contract changes, ensuring alignment with HR and Finance Transformation objectives.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement activities, providing guidance and communication to ensure awareness, readiness, and adoption of contract changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, and IT, to identify contract impacts and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze current contract processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and standardization.
  • Work closely with business leaders to ensure contract changes align with compliance, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Develop training materials, communication plans, and support resources to facilitate the smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of contract changes, providing insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of contract-related process enhancements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Process Transformation, or Contract Management within Q2C/O2C processes.
  • Strong background in HR and Finance Transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leading large-scale, complex, transformational change.
  • Experience working with a highly distributed workforce.
  • Ability to flex between strategy and execution.
  • A team player, who can build relationships, trust, and credibility quickly.
  • Comfort in working with team members at all levels - from senior leadership to frontline team members.
  • Ability to tailor messaging/presentation style according to audience.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing timelines and priorities.
  • Deep understanding of contract lifecycle management, revenue recognition, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with Q2C/O2C processes and related technologies, including how different systems interact and impact business functions.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex contract structures and drive alignment among multiple business units.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • PROSCI certified, or equivalent years of experience and comfort working with different change methodologies.
