About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee all bank operations associated with deposit and payment account onboarding, maintenance, services, and deposit operations
Work with Bank leadership to set the strategic vision and develop a long-term roadmap for operations and deposit support
Maintain knowledge to effectively and efficiently manage tasks performed by Deposit Operations
Manage aspects of wire transfers and ACH file origination, processing, and settlement activities
Develop and implement metrics to monitor the efficiency and accuracy of Deposit Operations functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 years of progressive banking experience
At least 5 years of senior management experience
Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and mentor teams
Comprehensive knowledge of deposit processing, payment operations, and online/mobile banking systems
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Demonstrated experience building and scaling teams and operational processes within fast-paced environments
Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for deposit and payment operations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
