About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to the Care Management team coordinating care for identified members/patients throughout the healthcare continuum
Work closely as a healthcare team member

Work under the direction of the Supervisor or Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Medical Terminology coursework or working knowledge of Medical Terminology
1 year of healthcare experience
Associate's Degree in a related field (preferred)
Medical Assistant Certification (CMA) upon hire (preferred)
Managed care or case management experience (preferred)
Experience with Epic (preferred)
