About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Project Manager is accountable for one or more large, diverse and complex projects in the areas of clinical informatics; physician practice implementations; quality improvement; strategic objectives and goals; information technology projects.
  • Manages all aspects of projects with direct accountability to the Executive Sponsor.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree Plus 3 years experience in information technologies, project management, healthcare administration or clinical field. Or equivalent educ/experience
  • Coursework/Training Education with Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles.
  • Coursework/Training CAP, Workout and Lean education training required as soon as available or within the first year on the job.
  • Experience with Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple project teams, product development life-cycle, or quality life-cycle.
  • Experience with PM methodologies and software.
  • Experience making formal and informal presentations to senior and executive management and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and modifying process standards and objectives to a project as appropriate.
