About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Project Manager is accountable for one or more large, diverse and complex projects in the areas of clinical informatics; physician practice implementations; quality improvement; strategic objectives and goals; information technology projects.
- Manages all aspects of projects with direct accountability to the Executive Sponsor.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree Plus 3 years experience in information technologies, project management, healthcare administration or clinical field. Or equivalent educ/experience
- Coursework/Training Education with Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles.
- Coursework/Training CAP, Workout and Lean education training required as soon as available or within the first year on the job.
- Experience with Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles.
- Experience managing projects with multiple project teams, product development life-cycle, or quality life-cycle.
- Experience with PM methodologies and software.
- Experience making formal and informal presentations to senior and executive management and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience developing and modifying process standards and objectives to a project as appropriate.
