About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Project Manager is accountable for one or more large, diverse and complex projects in the areas of clinical informatics; physician practice implementations; quality improvement; strategic objectives and goals; information technology projects.
Manages all aspects of projects with direct accountability to the Executive Sponsor.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree Plus 3 years experience in information technologies, project management, healthcare administration or clinical field. Or equivalent educ/experience
Coursework/Training Education with Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles.
Coursework/Training CAP, Workout and Lean education training required as soon as available or within the first year on the job.
Experience with Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles.
Experience managing projects with multiple project teams, product development life-cycle, or quality life-cycle.
Experience with PM methodologies and software.
Experience making formal and informal presentations to senior and executive management and key stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience developing and modifying process standards and objectives to a project as appropriate.
