Key responsibilities & impact

Support local ministry/entity leadership teams
Serve on local leadership committees as assigned
Responsible for financial analysis and modeling to evaluate new programs
Propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets
Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Develop analytical reports to enhance process improvements and increase efficiencies
Resource for clinical service line leaders
Development of financial plans and budgets
Support month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field
8 years of closely related experience
6 years experience in a leadership role or capacity
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) upon hire (preferred)
Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification upon hire (preferred)
Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) upon hire (preferred)
