The Physician Compensation Analyst manipulates data, completes analyses, and calculates physician performance relative to defined objectives and benchmarks.
Produces performance reports and financial statements.
Responds to physician inquiries from assigned medical groups.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree Preferred field: Accounting, Economics, or other quantitative discipline.
3 years Work experience in accounting, finance, economics, or other analytical functions; 4 years preferred.
Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
CPA upon hire preferred.
3 years Work experience within the healthcare industry, preferably managed care or medical group practice management preferred.
Experience in physician compensation, billing, capitation, risk adjustment, CPT coding, and resource-based relative value scale (RBRVS).
