Key responsibilities & impact

Managing projects for the implementation and launch of virtual care services
Leading all aspects of the project lifecycle
Partnering closely with sponsors/leaders at customer sites
Collaborating with VCDH colleagues, Service Line leaders, clinical operations, and other operational functions
Navigating and communicating with multi-disciplinary stakeholders
Achieving project goals within timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Coursework/Training: Project management, change management and process improvement methodologies (e.g. PMP/PMI, Agile, CAP, Workout, Six Sigma, LEAN, CQIA, etc.)
3 years of Managing projects and/or programs.
2 years of Demonstrated track record of implementing projects with high levels of customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
2 years of Presentation and facilitation experience to executive audiences.
Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred upon hire
2 years of Healthcare industry experience preferred
1 year of Telehealth experience preferred
Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite applications preferred.
