About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, operate, grow, and improve large-scale, computer-based services
Own and operate endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Jamf
Partner with endpoint engineering, service desk, cybersecurity, and support teams
Own the full-service lifecycle, from platform health to automation
Set technical direction, mentor other engineers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent education/experience
5 years of related experience, more preferred
Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
Experience with n-tier solutions
Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis)
Experience influencing software engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture
Experience in problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis
