About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own various functions related to administering the day-to-day operations of the retirement program.
- Provide key support to management and Project Manager in analytical and reporting support.
- Implement fund lineup changes and plan mergers/affiliations/acquisitions/spinoffs.
- Research and respond to payroll audit reports.
- Identify, research, and resolve issues by applying best practices, retirement knowledge, and conducting system research.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years related experience.
- Professional experience working with employee retirement benefit plans.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or Business (preferred).
- Coursework/Training: CEBS, QPA, QKA, SPHR, or PHR (preferred).
