About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own various functions related to administering the day-to-day operations of the retirement program.
Provide key support to management and Project Manager in analytical and reporting support.
Implement fund lineup changes and plan mergers/affiliations/acquisitions/spinoffs.
Research and respond to payroll audit reports.
Identify, research, and resolve issues by applying best practices, retirement knowledge, and conducting system research.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years related experience.
Professional experience working with employee retirement benefit plans.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or Business (preferred).
Coursework/Training: CEBS, QPA, QKA, SPHR, or PHR (preferred).
