Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing.
Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Upon hire: Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse.
Driving is necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.
1 year Experience in nursing; long term care, acute care, ambulatory care or home health and hospice care.
