Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Upon hire: Montana Registered Nurse License
  • 1 year Progressive participation in, and responsibility for, process improvement or healthcare quality management efforts.
  • 1 year Experience with statistical analysis.
  • 1 year Experience leading multi-disciplinary work groups.
  • 1 year Experience with root cause analysis and safety event review processes.
  • 1 year Experience with clinical effectiveness and quality.
  • 1 year Experience with service excellence and patient advocacy models.
