About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for all aspects of the new product request (NPR) process
  • Assess product function and cost of new and existing technology
  • Review/analyze new product or product change requests
  • Coordinate trials and evaluations
  • Communicate final decisions through product approval councils
  • Assist in the execution of identified opportunities for product standardization and implementation of cost-reduction practices while maintaining or improving quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years of related experience with supporting project management
  • Experience supporting strategic plans for complex initiatives
  • Experience with strategy development and/or program management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, Supply Chain Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in large project management in a healthcare setting (preferred)
  • Clinical caregiver experience (Surgical tech, Medical assistant, or CNA) (preferred)
