Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for all aspects of the new product request (NPR) process
Assess product function and cost of new and existing technology
Review/analyze new product or product change requests
Coordinate trials and evaluations
Communicate final decisions through product approval councils
Assist in the execution of identified opportunities for product standardization and implementation of cost-reduction practices while maintaining or improving quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of related experience with supporting project management
Experience supporting strategic plans for complex initiatives
Experience with strategy development and/or program management
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, Supply Chain Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
3 years of experience in large project management in a healthcare setting (preferred)
Clinical caregiver experience (Surgical tech, Medical assistant, or CNA) (preferred)
