Key responsibilities & impact

Support local ministry/entity leadership teams which may involve serving on local leadership committees
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to evaluate effectiveness of new programs and propose recommendations
Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Develop analytical reports to enhance process improvements and increase efficiencies
Manage finance staff and assist in development of financial plans and budgets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field, or equivalent education/experience
6 years Finance related supervisory role
4 years Leadership experience
Upon hire: Certified Public Accountant, HFMA or FACHE certifications
