Key responsibilities & impact

Manipulate data and complete analyses related to physician performance.
Calculate physician performance relative to defined objectives and benchmarks.
Calculate corresponding compensation and bonuses.
Produce performance reports and financial statements.
Respond to physician inquiries from assigned medical groups.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree Preferred in Accounting, Economics, or other quantitative discipline.
3 years of accounting, finance, economics, or other analytical functions experience; 4 years preferred.
Driving may be necessary as part of this role; proof of driver license and auto insurance required.
Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
CPA upon hire preferred.
3 years experience within the healthcare industry, preferably managed care or medical group practice management preferred.
Experience in physician compensation, billing, capitation, risk adjustment, CPT coding, and resource-based relative value scale (RBRVS).
