About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manipulate data and complete analyses related to physician performance.
  • Calculate physician performance relative to defined objectives and benchmarks.
  • Calculate corresponding compensation and bonuses.
  • Produce performance reports and financial statements.
  • Respond to physician inquiries from assigned medical groups.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred in Accounting, Economics, or other quantitative discipline.
  • 3 years of accounting, finance, economics, or other analytical functions experience; 4 years preferred.
  • Driving may be necessary as part of this role; proof of driver license and auto insurance required.
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • CPA upon hire preferred.
  • 3 years experience within the healthcare industry, preferably managed care or medical group practice management preferred.
  • Experience in physician compensation, billing, capitation, risk adjustment, CPT coding, and resource-based relative value scale (RBRVS).
