Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and maintain reports, analytical tools, and dashboards for ASCs, Pharmacy, Lab, and Imaging services to measure Quad Aim performance.
Import, validate, and interpret data as well as investigate and troubleshoot issues to deliver accurate reports timely.
Act as an internal consultant on strategic projects, providing recommendations to improve performance and optimize footprint.
Develop, maintain, and update reports and analytical dashboards to measure performance across the Quadruple Aim.
Collaborate with Clinical Shared Services leadership to prioritize business and information needs and offer solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, BSE, BBA, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Or equivalent educ/experience.
4 years experience communicating with healthcare leadership and front-line caregivers.
2 years experience working with healthcare claims and/or Electronic Medical Record billing data.
2 years experience writing complex SQL queries (preferred).
2 years management consulting or technical consulting experience (preferred).
Experience with PowerBI (preferred).
