About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure caregivers have a fast, reliable, and frustration‑free digital experience
Own and operate the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, powered by Nexthink
Partner with endpoint engineering, service desk, and application teams to design, scale, and run Nexthink
Own the full service lifecycle from platform architecture to proactive alerting and executive reporting
Identify root cause and restore service using real‑time endpoint data
Set technical standards and mentor other engineers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5 years related experience in systems administration; more preferred.
Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.
Experience with n-tier solutions.
Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually).
Experience influencing software engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service Expectations.
Experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups
