About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the membership goals of the strategic plan by performing direct sales functions for US Family Health Plan.
- Provides direct sales and prospective member education by answering questions and clarifying plan features.
- Initiates follow-up activities through outbound calling using the contact management system.
- Initiates service recovery techniques and assists with event planning and coordination.
- Provides feedback on the response to marketing initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related field.
- Telephone sales/marketing or high volume customer service experience.
- Experience with DEERS.
