Key responsibilities & impact
  • Service Engineers work in partnership with developers, testers, and program managers to design, operate, grow, and improve large-scale, computer-based services offered to IS, non-IS and clinical caregivers.
  • Their technical skills are on par with their Development, Test, and Program Management counterparts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent educ/experience
  • 2 years of Related experience; 2-5 years preferred.
  • Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.
  • Experience with n-tier solutions.
  • Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually).
