About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and administer various compensation programs including pay for performance, salary structure design and modeling, complex costing scenarios and incentive plans.
Conduct job analysis, market analysis, pay and classification reviews.
Ensure pay structures are competitive, equitable and cost effective.
Develop compensation recommendations and costing.
Interpret regulatory guidelines and collective bargaining agreements for compensation related items.
Assist in the development of internal policies/standards for compensation related programs.
Conduct data collection and analysis for special projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years Compensation experience including data collection and analysis, working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field (preferred)
Upon hire: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation (preferred)
Healthcare experience (preferred)
Union environment experience (preferred)
