Key responsibilities & impact

Work with cross-functional engineering and project teams to define and deliver solutions for caregivers.
Collaborate with stakeholders during early planning phases to identify expected impacts and align communications and learning resources.
Create and deliver communications and training materials for technology adoption.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive alignment between cross-functional teams while championing new concepts and ideas.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1 year Related experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
Understanding program and project management techniques including project analysis and design, planning, process flows, requirements gathering, user stories, communication structures, risk and issue management, status reporting and structured approaches to problem-solving.
Experience contributing to strategic planning of adoption and awareness campaigns, including building communications plans and determining optimal delivery methods.
