About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare business office
- 3 years of experience or proven success as a Patient Financial Advocate Associate, preferably with Providence St. Joseph Health or its Affiliates
- 2 years of experience in automated, computerized account follow-up system, preferably in Epic
