About the role

  • Provide a variety of support functions for patients and the Care Management Department.
  • Coordinate and manage all written and oral communication inter/intra-departmentally.
  • Support Care Management team with administrative tasks and patient support functions.
  • May perform driving duties as part of role and must comply with state driving requirements.
  • Manage department communications and help facilitate patient services.

Requirements

  • Driving may be necessary; caregivers required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving and provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
  • 3 years of Administrative experience preferably in healthcare industry.
  • Preferred: Associate's Degree.
