About the role
- Provide a variety of support functions for patients and the Care Management Department.
- Coordinate and manage all written and oral communication inter/intra-departmentally.
- Support Care Management team with administrative tasks and patient support functions.
- May perform driving duties as part of role and must comply with state driving requirements.
- Manage department communications and help facilitate patient services.
Requirements
- Driving may be necessary; caregivers required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving and provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
- 3 years of Administrative experience preferably in healthcare industry.
- Preferred: Associate's Degree.
