About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead teams that design, build, and sustain automation, AI‑enabled services, analytics, and insights that support HR operations and service delivery.
- Drive thoughtful application of practical technologies—such as Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot, and agent‑based solutions—to improve scale, consistency, and efficiency.
- Enable data governance, reporting, and analytics that support operational decision‑making and performance management.
- Lead and develop high‑performing teams responsible for operational execution.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field or 4 additional years of related experience solving complex challenges.
- 4 years progressive leadership experience.
- 6 years HR related experience.
