About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and lead integrated marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, engagement, and growth for the Alaska and South Puget Sound regions.
- Partner closely with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to translate business priorities into effective marketing programs.
- Evaluate effectiveness of regional marketing initiatives and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and on budget.
- Provide sound marketing counsel and strategic input in support of operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8 years in a marketing leadership role.
- Experience leading successful integrated marketing initiatives and effectively communicating results to stakeholders across the organization.
- Proven marketing campaign management experience.
- Experience in healthcare marketing or healthcare leadership.
