Designing and maintaining high-performing, reliable, and secure services that support caregivers and business operations
Leveraging deep technical expertise to architect solutions that meet compliance standards and KPIs for quality, cost, and caregiver experience
Analyzing service delivery systems and optimizing capacity planning
Troubleshooting complex issues and implementing permanent fixes
Ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency
Participating in disaster recovery and incident response
Continuously monitoring production environments
Applying best practices, driving process improvements, and utilizing data-driven insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent education/experience
1 year of related experience preferred
Some experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
1 or more years of experience in Mobile Device Management
Proven experience administering MDM solutions with a focus on Apple devices (iPhone/iPad)
Strong understanding of iOS/iPadOS configuration, security, and enterprise features
Experience with device provisioning, enrollment, and lifecycle management
Understanding network requirements for device usage
Experience working with cellular vendors to support cellular devices (iPhones/iPads/non-smart phones/mobile hotspots)
Working knowledge of application deployment and mobile security controls
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Exposure and experience in report writing and dashboard creation, preferably in PowerBI
Experience in managing and supporting telecom billing, specifically for mobile network providers (Verizon/FirstNet)
