Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with engineering teams to design and deliver solutions to enhance experiences of caregivers
Define and shape user‑centric designs and data strategies
Build pipelines and manage data warehouses
Ensure high-quality data availability
Bridge business needs with technical infrastructure
Collaborate closely with business and IS partners
Turn caregiver insights into meaningful features

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering.
5 or more years of related experience
Strong program and project experience.
Experience in a Healthcare environment.
Experience with BI and analytics platforms such as BI, Snowflake, SQL enterprise data warehouses, and modern data.
Experience working with Microsoft technologies including PowerApps, Azure, and related enterprise platforms.
