Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience
1 or more years of related experience executing, testing, and validating enterprise-level hardware systems, devices, and peripherals
Some experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
Proficiency with BIOS and firmware updates and installing operating systems.
Familiarity with USB, Thunderbolt, Bluetooth, and video connections.
Experience with device drivers and Windows troubleshooting tools.
Basic understanding of hardware, software, networking, and wireless technologies.
