About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in a wide variety of complex financial analyses including revenue and operational improvement.
Conduct financial and operational analyses, identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement recommendations for process improvements.
Provide meaningful reporting and analytic solutions to leadership.
Interpret data and analyses to help business stakeholders in making operational and strategic decisions.
Be assigned to one of the areas such as Patient Yield/Front, Mid/Coding Metrics, Payer Yield/Denials, Vendor Performance, PB and/or Post Acute requiring minimal oversight.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years Analytical experience in healthcare financial analysis or related discipline.
3 years Revenue Cycle or Finance experience.
