About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Organizing and coordinating the development, submission, and follow-up of clinical research project applications.
Supporting daily administrative operations including communication and coordination with health system, SJHH ministries, clinical research sponsors.
Ensuring timely and accurate submission of Feasibility Assessment documentation for new studies.
Developing clinical research tracking files and maintaining administrative information databases.
Preparing metric reports and meeting coordination.
Working independently and providing backup coverage for other administrative areas as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree From an accredited college or University, preferably in Business or Research or equivalent education/experience.
2 years of Experience in medical or research administration.
Experience in carrying out administrative duties independently and accurately with attention to detail and prioritization.
Experienced in the use of MS Office software to include word processing and spreadsheet presentation.
2 years Working experience in research or sponsored projects administration (preferred).
Working experience with contract and grant/budget development related to research (preferred).
