Provide receptionist and skilled clerical duties in support of Providence Medical Group physician offices.
Schedule patients and obtain necessary documentation.
Answer phones and coordinate aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care.
Perform prior authorizations when necessary.
Perform duties promoting team concept and reflecting Providence mission and values.
Work at various clinics across the Spokane Metro Area (Downtown, North, South; Airway Heights; Liberty Lake; Spokane Valley) and clinic types including Primary Care, Pediatrics, GI, Liver and Pancreas, Orthopedics, Sleep, and Teaching Health Clinic.
Requirements
Customer service-related experience.
Preferred: 6 months Office or medical office.
Preferred: 6 months Electronic Medical Record / Practice Management experience.
