Maintain 24-hour accountability for the clinical leadership of staff in a patient care unit or service
Responsible for overall personnel and fiscal management, clinical standards development, staff development, and continuous improvement within assigned areas
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers and others to review, analyze and recommend changes in practice
Ensure practice is in accordance with Joint Commission standards, State and Federal regulatory criteria, and professional practice standards
Perform duties under minimal supervision
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Admin (Nursing or related field)
California Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
3 years in relevant clinical experience
Nursing experience with manager or supervisory experience
