Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for provisioning access to Payor Websites
Perform scheduled IT production tasks
Monitor automated processes to ensure there is no disruption of IT services to End Users
Serve as a liaison to OneIS, EPIC, or Rev Cycle System Support resources for ORC operational teams
Perform basic ad-hoc IT tasks as needed per ORC business operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of General office experience.
3 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience.
Track record in organizing and planning with a proven ability to effectively manage time, multi-task, and achieve results in a fast paced environment with competing priorities.
Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
