About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic labor consultant to local HR and core leaders experiencing labor organizing activity.
- Facilitate and recommend best practice approaches to labor and caregiver relations.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.
- Make recommendations for workplace environment improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years progressively responsible exempt-level HR experience serving as an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, Labor Relations Consultant, or other related experience.
- Consulting experience.
- Multi-site/location, multi-line of business, and/or integrated health system experience.
- Demonstrates advanced experience in labor relations.
- Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
- SPHR, PHR certificate upon hire (preferred).
