Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years progressively responsible exempt-level HR experience serving as an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, Labor Relations Consultant, or other related experience.
Consulting experience.
Multi-site/location, multi-line of business, and/or integrated health system experience.
Demonstrates advanced experience in labor relations.
Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
SPHR, PHR certificate upon hire (preferred).
