Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) within 3 years of hire
3 years of experience in Quality Improvement, healthcare administration or clinical field
3 years of Acute care experience
Master’s Degree in Healthcare related discipline (preferred)
Certification in project management, LEAN, Six-Sigma upon hire (preferred)
1 year of project and/or Program Management Experience (preferred)
