Key responsibilities & impact

Work in partnership with developers, testers, and program managers to design, operate, grow, and improve large-scale, computer-based services offered to IS, non-IS and clinical caregivers.
Plan, execute, and deliver small projects or initiatives end‑to‑end.
Diagnose and permanently resolve complex, cross‑system issues using root cause analysis.
Collaborate across globally distributed teams for clear communication and alignment on service architecture.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering.
5 years of Related experience; more preferred.
Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.
Experience with n-tier solutions.
Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually).
Good experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions.
