Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a strategic consultant/subject matter expert to Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants
Identify and assess situations for compliance and policy concerns and make recommendations for resolution
Support Labor and Employment Counsel in the investigation of legal matters
Recommend and promote best practice approaches to positive employee and labor relations
Maintain HR metrics and dashboards and report to other HR professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 years experience in general human resources, or equivalent work experience, at exempt level, in multi-state/location, service line of business.
8 years demonstrated experience in the area of Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence.
Demonstrates advanced experience in one of the following specialty areas: labor relations, ADAAA, Leaves of Absence, or mediation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
Upon hire: HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
5 years Project Management experience preferred.
5 years experience in the specialty areas of Drug Free Workplace, Compliance, Performance Management, ADA/LOA preferred.
5 years Supervision of Human Resources staff or equivalent work experience preferred.
