About the role
- Serve as a strategic consultant/subject matter expert to Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants
- Identify and assess situations for compliance and policy concerns and make recommendations for resolution
- Support Labor and Employment Counsel in the investigation of legal matters
- Recommend and promote best practice approaches to positive employee and labor relations
- Maintain HR metrics and dashboards and report to other HR professionals
Requirements
- 8 years experience in general human resources, or equivalent work experience, at exempt level, in multi-state/location, service line of business.
- 8 years demonstrated experience in the area of Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence.
- Demonstrates advanced experience in one of the following specialty areas: labor relations, ADAAA, Leaves of Absence, or mediation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Upon hire: HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
- 5 years Project Management experience preferred.
- 5 years experience in the specialty areas of Drug Free Workplace, Compliance, Performance Management, ADA/LOA preferred.
- 5 years Supervision of Human Resources staff or equivalent work experience preferred.
