About the role
- Provide strategic HR services to leaders within the business area(s)
- Work in partnership with executives to address operational and talent life cycle–related issues
- Translate business strategies into HR solutions
- Ensure positive caregiver experiences for supported client groups
- Lead programs and initiatives and champion the organization's culture
- Coach leaders to enhance their people-leadership capabilities
- Use analytical tools to inform business decisions
Requirements
- 5 years experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field (preferred)
- Certification as Senior Human Resource Professional (upon hire)
