About the role
- Support local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to evaluate new programs and propose recommendations.
- Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop analytical reports to enhance process improvements and efficiency.
- Serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders.
- Supervise appropriate finance staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Accounting or Finance related field.
- 8 years Closely related experience.
- 6 years Experience in a leadership role or capacity.
- Upon hire: Certified Public Accountant, HFMA or FACHE certifications
