About the role
- Support local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned.
- Responsible for financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs.
- Propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets.
- Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Develop analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and increasing efficiencies.
- Supervise appropriate finance staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Accounting or Finance related field.
- 8 years Closely related experience.
- 6 years Experience in a leadership role or capacity.
- Upon hire: Certified Public Accountant, HFMA or FACHE certifications
