Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 4 or more years of industry-related experience
  • 3 or more years of Healthcare IS experience (preferred)
  • Application experience (preferred)
  • Within 90 days of hire: Epic Certification (preferred)
  • Certifications in software applications, technology infrastructure, or clinical specializations (preferred)
  • 4 or more years of AthenaIDX, EDM, Informatics experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Optum PSI / PPS / Easy Group (preferred)
  • Experience with Optum CES (preferred)
  • Deep understanding of Athena IDX FRM MCA or similar healthcare revenue cycle systems (preferred)
  • Ability to analyze user needs and design streamlined workflows (preferred)
  • Experience leading projects, mentoring staff, and keeping teams aligned (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills for managing timelines and deliverables (preferred)
  • Ability to apply industry standards and advanced concepts to solve complex problems (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for partnering with clients and internal teams (preferred)
  • Ability to uncover data needs and provide insights for simple to highly complex scenarios (preferred)
  • Skilled at identifying potential roadblocks, troubleshooting issues, and managing risks (preferred)
  • Ability to pivot quickly and maintain project momentum (preferred)
