About the role
- Responsible for the service line performance standards.
- Manage service line daily operations and day-to-day back office clinical operations of the site or service lines.
- Manage staff coverage and coordinate care within the back office team to facilitate the provider/patient interaction.
- Meet performance expectations in quality care, service excellence, access, and resource utilization in area of responsibility.
- Span of supervision may include more than one clinic site where service line is located.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or Health Services.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Progressive supervisory experience.
- Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree
