About the role
- Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients maintain or improve their level of independence.
- Working in Home Health provides the opportunity to care for patients in their homes, creating rewarding relationships with a diverse patient population while exercising independence and flexibility.
- Schedule: Full time Day shift (8am-4:30pm)
- Location: candidate will drive and service around West Portland
- Providence Home Services Oregon emphasizes patient-focused, whole-person care and caregiver support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, or Master\'s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License
- 1 year clinical experience in Home Health or healthcare setting, or active enrollment in the Providence postgraduate preceptor program.
