About the role
- Support the Call Center Team and internal departments by scheduling appointments and fielding patient questions.
- Responsible for customer inquiries through a centralized call center.
- Data entry in computer system.
- Utilize resources to remain current and work as a team.
Requirements
- 2 years - Customer service experience.
- 1 year - Medical office or health care experience (preferred).
- Epic experience (preferred).
- Medical terminology experience (preferred).
