About the role
- Architect and manage always-on lifecycle marketing programs, including onboarding, reactivation, retention, and win-back campaigns, ensuring high segmentation and personalization for diverse segments and regional markets.
- Serve as the operational backbone for GTM launches (new market entries, strategic partnerships), developing scalable processes to prevent execution risk and drive seamless campaign rollouts.
- Drive first-order conversion and accelerate the path from sign-up to order using data-driven segmentation, targeted messaging, and campaign automation; monitor funnel metrics (first-order conversion rate, time-to-first-order, searcher-to-orderer conversion).
- Oversee creation, delivery, and optimization of lifecycle email communications (onboarding series, seasonal promotions, newsletters, product updates, re-engagement campaigns) to drive direct and indirect conversions.
- Own the marketing technology stack (HubSpot CRM, marketing automation platforms, consent management, integrations with analytics/reporting tools); develop and maintain workflows, audience segmentation, and ensure privacy compliance.
- Establish and track KPIs tied to business outcomes; analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and iterate to maximize ROI.
- Partner closely with product, publishing, sales, and customer success teams to align messaging, coordinate multi-channel campaigns, and facilitate feedback loops to improve lifecycle touchpoints.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Lifecycle Marketing Expertise: Proven experience designing and optimizing multi-stage lifecycle programs (onboarding, retention, reactivation, win-back) with a deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and behavioral triggers.
- Operational Excellence: Strong background in marketing operations, including process development, workflow automation, and campaign execution.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and CRM platforms (especially HubSpot) and reporting/analytics solutions.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to measuring, analyzing, and optimizing marketing performance.
- Channel Mastery: Advanced knowledge of email marketing, including deliverability, segmentation, and content strategy. Familiarity with other digital channels (paid search, SEO, partner referrals) is a plus.
- Strategic Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft compelling messaging and collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
