About the role
- You manage and optimize our cross-border Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify, TikTok) — including setup, monitoring, and continuous performance improvements.
- You develop scalable strategies for new markets and countries and support international expansion projects together with the team.
- You analyze market potential, identify trends, and explore innovative channels for our target audiences.
- You work on establishing and testing new advertising platforms and are open to collaborations, e.g., with publishers and influencers.
- You coordinate closely with internal teams (Content, Design, Customer Success, Sales, Product) as well as external partners, agencies, or freelancers to achieve our performance goals.
- You measure, report, and regularly present key KPIs and derive actionable recommendations for the team.
Requirements
- You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable experience in performance marketing.
- You have at least 3 years of practical experience with Paid Social (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify, TikTok) and Paid Search campaigns (e.g., Google) — ideally with international exposure.
- You are analytically strong, think strategically, and have experience with campaign setup, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- You find challenging markets exciting and enjoy testing new channels and scaling international campaigns.
- You are a strong communicator and enjoy working in a team — both internally and with external partners.
- You have excellent German and English skills — additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in a SaaS/B2B environment is an advantage but not required.
