About the role
- Serve as the primary contact for (prospective) SMB clients and provide comprehensive information about the benefits and possibilities of a partnership
- Guide clients throughout the entire customer journey — from initial consultation and onboarding to support for existing customers and churn management
- Respond to customer inquiries across various communication channels (e.g., email, chat, phone, and social media) and assist clients in using our platform
- Handle requests and feedback in a structured, solution-oriented, and professional manner
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Finance, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales
- Develop tailored solutions together with clients.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of customer-focused communication
- Ability to empathize with diverse requirements and perspectives
- Solution-oriented, structured, reliable, and self-driven working style
- Enjoy engaging in active communication with customers across multiple channels
- Constructive approach to feedback for continuous improvement
- Very good German and good English, both written and spoken
- Ideally some initial experience in customer contact, customer service, dialog marketing, sales, or account management; experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage but not required.
