• Supporting content creation across all of our channels including LinkedIn, website, sales collateral and campaign assets and social channel monitoring and responding
• Producing high quality video content (editing, branding, image creation)
• Help turn messaging and value proposition work into clear external materials
• Assist with product marketing and GTM execution across priority projects which may include support on award entries, hosted events and Provenance speaker opportunities
• Help build our customer community across a large customer base through content, communications, and engagement initiatives - including customer newsletters
• Practical use of AI tools daily to improve marketing and commercial execution, not just generate more content
• Use of marketing and sales tools across our stack including: LinkedIn, Hubspot, Lemlist, Video editing tools (Riverside, Opus), Canva, Webflow
• Move quickly from brief to draft, and from draft to shipped output
• Spot inconsistent messaging, broken processes or inconsistent messaging and proactively fix or escalate them
• Support experimentation on how AI can improve marketing workflows, quality and speed
• Clear support for the GTM team during a period of change and scaling
